It was May 30th of 2021, COVID-19 was raging in almost every corner of the world. Fortunately, Vietnam was doing generally okay. I had just finished the last day of my work at Trusting Social. I was planning to stay in Ho Chi Minh for another 2 weeks so that I could say goodbyes to friends there properly. There was a small outbreak in a few districts, and the city had placed several circuit breaker orders. However, things were still quite normal, and we could still go about our daily life as usual. As I was packing my stuffs, I saw an ad popped up for a special offer on delivery service, which made sending all my stuffs home specially cheap. The caveat was: the offer would end in one day.
